Terms & Conditions – Giveaway

1. Organizer
This giveaway (“Giveaway”) is organized by Cuco Studio, headquartered in Portugal.

2. Eligibility

  • Open worldwide to individuals aged 18 years or older.
  • To enter, participants must:
    1. Subscribe to Cuco Studio’s newsletter via the official subscription form on this page, and
    2. Follow Cuco Studio’s official Instagram account @cuco_studio.

3. Giveaway Period

  • The Giveaway opens on October 1, 2025 and closes on October 31, 2025 at 23:59 WET.
  • Entries received after this deadline will not be considered.

4. Prize

  • There will be three (3) winners.
  • Each winner will receive one (1) free 3D render, valid for projects of five (5) or more renders.
  • The prize must be claimed by June 30, 2026. Winners must remain subscribed to the newsletter and follow Cuco Studio on Instagram at the time of claiming the prize.

5. Selection of Winners

  • Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.
  • The draw will take place within 7 days after the Giveaway closes.
  • Winners will be notified by email (using the email address provided upon subscription). If a winner does not respond within 14 days, Cuco Studio reserves the right to select another winner.

6. Use of Data

  • By entering the Giveaway, participants agree that their email address and contact information will be used to subscribe them to Cuco Studio’s newsletter.
  • Participants may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link provided in each email.
  • Personal data will be handled in accordance with Cuco Studio’s Privacy Policy.

7. General Conditions

  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash alternative.
  • Cuco Studio reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the Giveaway if necessary.
  • Participation in the Giveaway implies full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
